Our CEO Mr. Waqar Ali Memon has over two decades of experience as a Broker/ Dealer and has managed equity capital of more than $500 million.
Mr. Waqar started as early as in his college days and with the passage of time he kept mastering his skills and gained exposure in different markets.
Mr. Waqar holds an MBA degree from a reputed institute. He started his professional career in 2007 with Planet Capital. In a very short span of time, he was honored to be the highest commission holder from IG markets for the year 2009.
In 2011, he started BSV Commodities Pvt Ltd. And became a member of Mercantile Exchange in Pakistan.
He moved to Dubai in 2015 and established Enable Group with its first entity Enable Brokers followed by Enable Forex Investments in 2018.
Exuberance Asset Management is his latest venture which is registered with the department of economic development and headquartered in U-Bora Tower, Business Bay, Dubai.

Kashif is banker turned entrepreneur who comes with almost two decades of Industry experience. He has delivered outstanding results in Business/ product launch, marketing, branding, innovation, digital transformation, service quality, L & D and customer experience.
He has been privileged with owning multidisciplinary roles throughout the career & has won several industry awards.
Kashif has been associated with the banking & finance industry predominantly and his longest stint was over 12 years with Noor Bank based out of Dubai where he served as Vice President/ Product Head – Business Banking.
He’s a passionate advocate of understanding CX, design thinking, UI/UX & Innovative business models.
Abbas Ali Mirza comes with over three decades of Professional Experience. He’s a visionary leader & the man behind Exuberance.
At the UNITED NATIONS in GENEVA, Abbas Ali Mirza was elected as Chairman of the 21st session of UNCTAD’s Intergovernmental Working Group of Experts on International Standards on Accounting & Reporting (“ISAR”), UNCTAD, United Nations, Geneva, Switzerland. He has been the Chairman, Auditors’ Group, Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DCCI), Dubai, for the past several years.
Abbas Ali Mirza is an author of 15 books on International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”) including: lead author of “Wiley: IFRS Practical Implementation Guide & Workbook” (in its 3rd edition) and “Wiley: IFRS Interpretation & Application” (from inception until its 10th edition) and most recently “Wiley: International Trends in Financial Reporting under IFRS”
He has been a “keynote speaker” at global conferences and has chaired the “World Accounting Summit” for past 10 years (beginning in 2005 when it was held under the patronage of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, UNCTAD) and has addressed International Federation of Accountants’ (IFAC) “World Congress of Accountants” held in Turkey.
